Product Description
This is a set of 20 Task Cards (with & without QR codes) to help strengthen students’ skills in working with equations of parallel and perpendicular lines.

All of these questions are state test level questions which makes this a wonderful test prep activity!

To complete this activity students will have to perform the following skills:
• Write the equation of a line in Slope- Intercept form that passes through a given point and is parallel or perpendicular to a given line (given line may be in Slope-Intercept, Point-Slope, or Standard form)
• Calculate parallel and perpendicular slopes when given two coordinates using the slope formula.
• Describe the relationship between 2 lines in Slope-Intercept, Point-Slope, or Standard form as parallel, perpendicular, coincident, or none of the above.
• Convert between all forms of linear equations (Slope-Intercept, Point-Slope, and Standard Form)

Please view the preview to help decide if this product is right for your classroom.

Student response sheet and answer key included.

If your students need additional practice converting between the 3 forms of linear equations please explore my Converting Linear Equations Card Sort & Homework.
