In lieu of students taking notes, I created this table for two reasons.
1. We could spend more time in class doing problems instead of copying notes. 2. It would force them to be more organized.
First two pages - tables for students to do the work with math vocabulary and written directions provided on each line.
Third page - same tables without steps to move towards being able to do independently.
Fourth page - A worked through example of how we use it in my class.
