Students will engage in a small group activity as they determine if fractions are equivalent or non-equivalent.
Students will spin a spinner to determine which color domino they should select. Students will then use whichever strategy they choose to determine if the two fractions on the domino are equivalent or non-equivalent. Once determined, students will place the domino under the corresponding heading.
This center can be laminated and used with dry erase markers or printed.
