This product may be used to create a bulletin board displaying equivalent fraction work or as practice worksheets.
Below are the directions that are provided:
Completing the following wanted posters require students to identify equivalent fractions. I provide each student with a different wanted poster and then make a western type bulletin board. I tell my students that the fractions on each poster have aliases (equivalent fractions). Their job is to list the equivalent fractions that match with the fraction on their wanted poster. I ask them to write at least eleven fractions that are equivalent to the ones that are provided on each sheet. My students always enjoy wrinkling the posters and artistically cutting the edges to make them appear as if they really came from the wild west!
I have included color versions and black and white versions that my be colored by your students. There are 20 wanted posters. I also have included some clip art that may be used to decorate a bulletin board.
