This is the same game in two different levels. You can use them to differentiate instruction and practice or to move students from an area where they need more support to a more fluent level.
These are both played like concentration or Memory. There are pairs of equivalent fractions on cards. Students place them face down and turn over two to try to make a match of equivalent pairs.
Equivalent Fractions Covered:
1/2, 2/4, 3/6, 4/8, 5/10, 6/12
1/3, 2/6, 3/9, 4/12
1, 4/4 (in challenge game)
Game 1 - More Support:
-contains pictorial representations of the fractions
-has the most common fractions and equivalents
Game 2 - Challenge Level:
-contains no pictures, just the fraction cards
-Has more fraction pairs
