This is the seventh lesson in my Fractions unit. It is designed to take the class through the examples of equivalent fractions and builds off of the introductory lesson given the day before. After the introductory slides, the lesson then moves to sample problems to check for the students understanding of the concept. All of the problems are designed for individual students to come up to the board to display their answers and explain their reasoning. There are many practice problems for multiple students or groups to be in charge of solving, making this lesson interactive for every student in the class.
