Students can use the models to help them find equivalent fractions.

First I have my students label the blank fraction bars.
Then I have students shade/ color the fraction they are being asked to find the equivalence of. Last, I have students shade and name the equivalent fraction.

This is great for students who need a visual or are having a hard time understanding equivalent fractions.
