Each lesson, created by a professional children's yoga teacher is between 20-30 pages long, includes step-by-step instructions for the poses/exercises, tons of large pictures of the lesson in action, along with lots of supplemental activity ideas (songs, coloring sheets, props, etc). BONUS: I've included printable yoga cards for each pose which work well for yoga games, brain breaks, or yoga sessions on-the-go!
Students will take a journey through each story as they act out the characters and plots using age-and level-appropriate (Pre-K-2nd Grade), yoga poses and fun creative movements!
Use the full lessons tied to the stories listed above, or pull out specific poses/calming exercises to use for brain breaks, or in other lesson plans throughout the school year. Work well in a classroom or home setting!
