I used this activity during remote learning with my Spanish 1 students. Instead of having the original Erika quiere unicornio story, which comes with a pre-made storyboard, this year I decided to have students be the ones to illustrate their comprehension of the story.
This purchase comes with 3 files
-An Editable Story (powerpoint)
-A PDF version of the story (12 pages)
-A handout (6 slides per page) for students.
Post the handout version on your classroom management system (such as Google Classroom). If students have a printer, they can choose to print the document and draw underneath the caption in each space. The good news: they don't need a printer. They can use any regular paper to illustrate.
Students illustrate the scene and then label in Spanish what is underlined. Have students share their illustrations on camera during the class meet. This lesson is 100% ready to use as soon as you download! Great for emergency plans.
