Escape rooms are all the rage for adults now, but why not challenge our students in a similar way? This escape room challenges your students to answer math problems in order to "unlock" envelopes and "escape" your classrooms.

Your students will work in teams to “unlock” the envelopes. There are supplies provided in this packet for 3 different teams. However, you could also do this same activity three times if you choose to have your class not work in teams.

This packet provides you with multiple ways to make the escape room easier or more challenging, depending on the needs of your students.

This escape room is designed to review all of the 2nd Grade Common Core Math Standards, and is a fun alternative to test review. It would also be great for the beginning of the year in 3rd Grade, to see what your students already know.
