I'll be the first to admit, the New Nation unit in Virginia Studies is not my most favorite thing to teach in the world. That's why I created this engaging digital escape room for my students to review all the major ideas in this unit in a fun and exciting way.
The Constitution has gone missing! It is up to your students to help our Founding Fathers find this important document. Along the way they will review these major concepts:
James Madison-Father of the Constitution & author
George Washington- Model of Leadership
George Mason- Virginia Declaration of Rights
Thomas Jefferson- Declaration of Independence & Virginia Statute of Religious Freedom
Mechanical Reaper and Cotton Gin impacts on VA economy and migration
3 Branches of Virginia's Government
Before purchasing: Students must have access to google sites, youtube, and jigsawplanet.com. Some districts block these sites when created outside of the district. Please check before purchase. I am not responsible for blocked sites.
