Escape room style math fraction review. This escape room will help prepare your 3rd or 4th graders for review of essential fraction concepts.
****This interactive escape room requires technology. Students will need to access a google form, so any technology that allows them to access and complete a Google form will work!*****
There are 5 levels of rigorous fraction content they need to work through.
Students will answer questions about unit fractions that represent whole figures. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.NF.1
Students will work through questions asking students to identify fractions less than 1 and fractions greater than 1 on the number line. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.NF.2A and 3.NF.2B
Students will work fraction questions that ask about shaded and unshaded parts and unit fractions. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.NF.1.
Students will be asked questions about equivalent fractions and fractions that are represented by whole numbers. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.NF.3B and 3.NF.3C.
Students will be asked to compare fractions with the same numerator, but different denominators and they will be asked about equivalent fractions. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.NF.3B and 3.NF.3D.
