Description

This is a digital escape room.

It covers material related to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).

STUDENTS NEED A GOOGLE .gmail ACCOUNT to properly access links on the page

The challenges deal with:

  • minimum internal cooking temperatures for meat
  • comparing a purchase order and order invoice
  • First In First Out

Challenges are:

  1. Secret Message to decode
  2. Fake News article on minimum internal cooking temperatures
  3. Fake Text Message (Red Herring)
  4. Comparing purchase order and order invoice for errors

There are also a couple of Red Hearings (distractions) which don't have clues to help escape.

You will receive the a Google Slide with the link the to the google site the escape room is published on. All you have to do is copy the site address and post it in your digital classroom for students to access.

Answer Key is included.

Students must get all the answers correct to escape. The form will tell them if their answer is incorrect.

HACCP Escape Room

Students will need a GOOGLE ACCOUNT - email ending in gmail.com to use this game this is a google drive product.
