After visiting the Ron Clark Academy (RCA), which if you haven't had the opportunity to do so, I highly suggest it! It's an AMAZING experience and really life-changing. I saw this concept used there, so I adapted it and changed it to my classroom. My students are always begging me to play this!
Escape Room Multiplication and Division review. This escape room will help prepare your 3rd or 4th graders for review of essential multiplication and division concepts.
THIS ESCAPE NOW INCLUDES A RECORDING SHEET AND MINI SHEETS SO TECHNOLOGY IS NOT REQUIRED TO PLAY. WITHOUT TECHNOLOGY, YOU CAN STILL USE THIS GAME, YOU JUST WON'T BE ABLE TO HAVE YOUR STUDENTS FILL IN THE GOOGLE FORM, INSTEAD YOU'D USE THE RECORDING SHEET AND CHECK THEIR ANSWERS USING THE ANSWER KEY PROVIDED. YOU'D TELL YOUR STUDENTS IF THEY CAN ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL OR IF THEY NEED TO GO BACK AND FIX SOME ANSWERS.

There are 5 levels of rigorous multiplication and division content they need to work through.
Students will answer questions about solving multiplication and division facts, identifying missing numbers in fact families. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.OA.7.
Students will work through questions asking them to identify even quotients and products, determining equations to solve problems, and unknown factors. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.OA.3, 3.OA.4, 3.OA.6, 3.OA.7, 3.OA.9.
Students will work through identifying situations that can be represented by specific equations. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.OA.4, 3.OA.6
Students will be solving one-step multiplication and division word problems. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.OA.3
Students will be work through two-step word problems. This relates to the Common Core Standard 3.OA.8
