In this breakout students will find clues on the webpage that lead them to math problems involving solving 2 step inequalities and graphing inequalities, a map, a secret message and a jigsaw puzzle. Students also discover how to use Google Translate.
My kids LOVE when I have "Breakout Day!" posted on the board, and I love to watch them reason out the puzzles and talk about the concepts as they help each other out.
If you're looking for a NO PREP way to bring excitement and involvement into your classroom, Breakouts are the answer! Just post the link on Google Classroom or email it to your students and let them go! Part of the appeal of breakout games is the fact that students learn to persevere, work together and problem solve. The game can teach students to think outside the box AS they review math skills.
