PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This document has floated around the department at the school at which I teach for years. I have no way to pinpoint the initial author and, for all I know, it could have been changed and tweaked many times over. I put my own personal stamp on this version as well. Basically it explains to students why some essays get A's and some get C's. In recent times, students have come to believe that just "getting the job done" means they'll get an A. This document explains how students can rise above the "average" paper and obtain the coveted B's and A's.
