These slides have everything you need for teaching students about the nutrients they need, from good fats to bad fats, to reading nutrition labels. There are slides that can be used as mini-lessons on the different topics, as well as a two-part project where students have to apply the information in a meaningful way. There is a detailed and tailored rubric included which can be used to assess the finished projects.
