The attached template is a tool to help new teachers establish classroom norms aligned with the school's norms. It incorporates reflective practice to improve existing norms and incorporate new ones. This tool can be used quartery or each semester.
It is meant to be used with a group of teachers so that they could provide each other support and constructive feedback. This could also be used for teacher mentoring or coaching.
