Product Description
This is a highly animated, 3editable, 4 slide presentation on Federalism and the United States government. The period covers roughly the first 125 years of the United States beginning with the writing of the US Constitution to just prior to the "New Deal" time frame.

This presentation covers all unit materials on Federalism for Middle School students.

The presentation covers five distinct sections including; the origins of Federalism in the United States, the distribution of powers, the states relationship to the local government, key Landmark Supreme Court cases and the advantages and disadvantages of federalism in the United States government.

I also provide five graphs in the presentation that makes the overlapping powers easier for the students to understand.

NOTE: I also offer an additional power point presentation that covers the period from the "New Deal," and cooperative Federalism that concludes with modern Federalism.
