This file folder game is sure to be a hit in your classroom! My third grade students loved playing this game. It's a great tool for reviewing estimation and subtracting.
How to Set Up:
File Folder: rules on the left inside, game board on the inside right, and answer sheet on the back. You can laminate folder to make the game boards last longer.
Place students with partner. Give each partner group one die, 2 game markers (could be a square piece of construction paper), and their file folder.
How to Play:
The students are with a partner. They roll a die and move a game marker to the appropriate problem. He/She works the problem, and their partner checks the answer on the back of the file folder. Then switch turns.
Hope you and your students enjoy!
