Thank you for downloading this stopwatch activity-FREEBIE!
I used this activity with my lower level Year 11s who are completing portfolio evidence for Unit Standard 26627: Use measurement to solve problems. Included in this task are estimating, comparing results, taking measurements, and showing working for various steps of the task.
Instructions for Use: This is an open ended activity used to get my lower level kiddos up, moving around the classroom, and working in groups to achieve a task. All you need to complete the activity are some stopwatches (one per group should suffice; they can practice taking turns and patience :) and photocopies of the included worksheet.
Feel free to check out my other products (I'm a newbie seller so please be patient!) or follow me as a seller. Feedback is always appreciated! If you have any questions or feel that I have made a mistake (we know it all happens :) then shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll try to get it sorted as soon as possible.
You are welcome to photocopy and print this activity for your own classroom use, but please encourage other teachers to visit my TpT site to download resources for their own classrooms. I also ask that you not reproduce this or any other activity on a personal or classroom blog without linking back to the original source as this enables others to search and download without permission. Thank you for your continued support!
