Build cultural and linguistic proficiency with Estudiantes de intercambio project/assessment from Real Life Language. Students each select a Spanish-speaking country. They take on the identity of a person from that country via researching a set of questions and information. They then attend a fiesta (your class) in which they share this information with the others in class without using their notes or research. Students practice everyday language for talking about themselves and meeting new people while learning about the target culture.
