Product Description

At the conclusion of this 45-minute lesson, students will understand and analyze the motivations and desired outcomes of eugenics in the context of American history, and students will evaluate to what extent eugenics represents wider patterns of thought in American history. To do this, students individually complete a Frayer model in collaborative groups with the help of five sources that illustrate the history of eugenics, and then they answer one short answer question. Questions for further discussion/application are also included. See the Frayer model half-sheet (with generic instructions for completion) in my store if you do not have a Frayer model template!
