PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a lesson I created for my AP Government kids for my judicial branch unit. In this lesson, they students will study the court case Buck v. Bell and Skinner v. Oklahoma. These two court cases give rise to a bioethical debate on eugenics. I provide all reading materials as a PDF. There is one website the students will go to.

No background knowledge on court systems or science is needed. After my students researched, I conducted a Socratic Seminar on this topic. I created this lesson for Mac computers. You can edit to fit your class. Any questions let me know. (no key is provided at this time but I will add one later)
