    These center activities are designed to compliment Eureka Math (Engage NY) Kindergarten throughout the year.

    There are 75 center activities included!

    In Module 1 students will:

    • Sort items that are the same and different
    • Classify objects
    • Count groups 0-10
    • Identify numbers 0-10
    • Build sets with 0-10 objects
    • Find one more than a given number or set
    • Find one less than a given number or set
    • Find the numbers that are one more and one less
    • Count using one-to-one correspondence
    • Count groups of objects 0-10 in different configurations
    • Write numbers 0-10
    • Represent sets to 5 with a number sentence

    In Module 2 students will:

    • Identify and describe 2D and 3D shapes
    • Determine which shape real life objects are composed of
    • Sort shapes that are 2D (flat) and 3D (solid)

    In Module 3 students will:

    • Measure height, length, volume, and weight using non-standard measurements
    • Compare objects based on measurable attributes
    • Compare quantities to 10
    • Compare numerals to 10
    • Compare groups that have "more," "less," "fewer," or the "same"

    In Module 4 students will:

    • Compose and decompose numbers to 10
    • Solve addition and subtraction word problems
    • Solve subtraction and addition problems using different strategies
    • Find the missing number in a number bond
    • Represent situations with addition and subtraction equations
    • Find the numbers that go together to make 10

    In Module 5 students will:

    • Compose and decompose teen numbers
    • Count by 1s and 10s to 100
    • Find the missing number in a series (counting forwards and backwards)
    • Represent teen numbers in different ways- 10s and 1s, on ten frames, with numerals, with pictures, base ten blocks, etc
    • Find the missing number in a number bond

    In Module 6 students will:

    • Create composite shapes using 2d shapes
    • Correctly identify 2d and 3d shapes based on their attributes
    • Solve addition equations with sums up to 10
    • Solve subtraction equations within 10
