25 Expression Wheels (total of 150 problems) are perfect for whole page work, task mats, centers, intervention, and everything in between! /

The expression wheels include adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and using a variable as an exponent or a base. There is one variable per wheel and whole numbers only. Students evaluate each expression and can easily self-check. Common Core aligned to 6.EE.1.

Here’s how they work:
Each wheel has a variable
Each wheel includes 6 expressions to solve plugging in the variable
Included is an answer box for students to self-check (answers are listed in clockwise order from the problem number)

Students need to have a background of powers of 10 to evaluate expressions that have whole-number exponents.

Print the wheels 1 or more to a page (the preview above uses 2 per page) or whatever size best fits the needs of your students.
