Product Description
This activity can be used to provide more practice or assess student knowledge in identifying whether a given number is even or odd. Nineteen of the cards have numbers in the tens and 9 of the cards have numbers in the hundreds. It's a great activity to use once you have read The Polar Express since students will be familiar with the vocabulary from the book. It provides movement around the room during a time when students are sometimes not as attentive due to the winter vacation coming up. An answer key is provided as well as a worksheet where students can write their answers. This is ready to use, just print and laminate for durability. This will be a challenge for some first graders, but perfect for 2nd graders and those 3rd graders needing more help with this skill.
