Everyday Mathematics CCSS Edition Grade 4
You will need Excel to use this spreadsheet.
This score sheet is developed from the Individual Profile of Progress that is created in an Excel sheet from Everyday Mathematics. The difference is that I created it based on points, instead of “Adequate” or “Not Adequate”. Our district works on a point system, so I created this spreadsheet to calculate the student’s progress with points assigned. I also typed the standards for each set of problems to help you track their progress on the Common Core Standards.
This spreadsheet will track an individual student’s progress for the entire year, across 12 units. There are 12 different sheets, each sheet is the information for each specific unit in the program. You can enter the student’s points earned on each problem, and the spreadsheet will calculate the student’s score and assign a letter grade according to your district’s grade scale. You have the capability of changing points assigned to each problem and the grade scale. You can print each report to attach to the student’s assessment.
I have also included a short overview, in the download, on how you can manipulate the sheet to meet your needs.
