The Everyday Math Journal is a daily activity journal that correlates to the Everyday Mathematics program for Kindergarten. For each activity in the Teacher's Guide to Activities, there is an accompanying journal activity. The activities in the journal reinforce and expand the skills taught through the lesson activities. The final page of the journal reviews the skills introduced through the Section Project. These activities can also be reproduced as single worksheets or used for homework exercises. All of the objectives included in the journal activities meet Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. Use these activities with the Everyday Mathematics program or with any other Common Core math curriculum.
