This exam is a differentiated version of my Realidades 2 3b exam that is also listed as one of my products. I have included the description of that test below. The primary differences are:
Section 1: Start points for each set of directions are marked on the map.
Section 2: A word bank of 10 words is provided for the 6 vocabulary prompts.
Section 3: There are five present progressive sentence prompts without DO pronouns, and five prompts for DO pronouns in already complete sentences.
Section 4: The mandatos prompts are given without a situation,so students have to conjugate the mandatos only. There are two irregular prompts in bold.
Please see the preview of "Exam Realidades 2 3b" for examples of the test sections.
(This test is a summative assessment for the end of Chapter 3b, Realidades 2. It is comprised of five parts, and contains presentational, interpretive, and grammar production elements.
In part one, students read two different sets of directions based on a tourist map of a small town in Columbia (whose mascot , comically, is an ant). They then write the final destination in the space provided.
In part two, students write vocabulary words from the chapter based on visual prompts.
In part three, students form 10 sentences from prompts using the present progressive and direct object pronouns. Irregular verbs (seguir, decir, vestir, and creer)
In part four, students choose from a word bank of infinitive verb phrases, and write 10 mandatos in the 'tu' form that best fit each prompt. This activity includes the irregular mandatos, which are bolded for recognition.
In part five, students give suggestions in an essay form to a struggling student of Spanish.
Please see preview for examples from each section.
This test does not have a differentiated test to accompany it, and it is best suited for Spanish 2 classes using Realidades 2. It is a comprehensive yet manageable test for your students.)
