Product Description
This is a “3 for 1” deal! In this document you get 3 different types of study guide templates for students to use. These have been very effective in my own high school classroom, but they can be applied to any classroom that has a cumulative test or exam. In my own classroom I present all 3 templates to students, then I allow them to choose which one(s) they would like to use. Students enjoy the opportunity for personalization and they appreciate learning some skills to organize and prepare for cumulative assessments. This version of this product is editable in case you decide to provide your students with electronic copies. By providing students an electronic version they can copy/paste pictures or examples, create hyperlinks to websites and videos, and utilize color coding more effectively. They can also collaborate with each other if they choose to upload the document to something such as Google Drive.

The following is included in each template:
Template 1: This template encourages students to use their grades to determine what topics are strong and weak, what important vocabulary is in each unit, and it has them rank the assessment in terms of difficulty. The ranking helps them prioritize what topics to study first.Template 2: This template is designed for each page to represent one unit/chapter. It gives students space for vocabulary, sample problems/questions, important theorems, and space to record topics they need to ask about.

Template 3: The final template forces the student to organize various topics by what they feel is easy, medium, and hard for them. There is space for topic names and textbook references. This template provides students with a ‘road map’ to the order at which they can start reviewing the material.
