This is a great way to get the kids up ∧ moving for PE class. It can also be used for an ongoing activity for a month. Included, is a rubric that will assist in grading the student's participation, behavior, attitude, etc...There is also an exercise journal for students to use to keep track of their progress for 2 weeks.
