Use this simple fitness routine to get kids moving in the classroom or at home. With a different exercise each day (20 days) children will love taking a break from their learning or getting in shape at home. Great for children of all ages. If there's no time in the day, children can do it for homework instead.
Please note that I included illustrations but the children may need to a demonstration if they have never seen or done the exercises before. Please modify accordingly and don't be afraid to make up your own. Thank you.
