This file contains a video of different exercises that you can incorporate in your classes, sports programs, or for personal benefit. It’s called the “exercise of the week”. This activity is called "Hamstring Curls". It works specifically on the legs. The different exercise video clips range from about 1-2 minutes in length depending on the exercise, which tell you how to use the exercise and demonstrates the exercise while stating the words on the screen. It also has a modification of the exercise to take it to the next level. For example, show a different video each day during the week to work on core or lower body muscles.
