Students will use this journal in PE Class to document how they exercise and what they eat daily, weekly and monthly. At the end of each month, they will add up the number of hours they exercised and how much food they consumed. Towards the end of the school year, they create an End of the Year Chart to see how well they did. Each document will be saved onto a flash drive. Students will be graded on quality rather than quantity.
