Exit Slips are such a great way to to informally assess student leaning / understanding in ANY class for ANY subject! As a Math / English teacher, I'm always looking to check if students have "got" what I've taught. This freebie contains 3 unique and visually appealing exit ticket designs that will get students wanting to demonstrate their knowledge! Easy differentiation by the ability to choose lined or unlined for students who love doodling, note-taking, calculating on lines, formula-writing free-hand or writing in sentences!
3 Unique Designs in 1/4th a page sizes.
This exit slip tasks the students with noting down anything to do with the prompts "what worked" and "what didn't". This could be used in conjunction with a team activity, a STEAM task, even a mathematics problem solving question! Great reflection tool.
This exit ticket is a teacher's staple end-of-lesson activity. Quick and easy review of the topic learned in class and super student-friendly. Gives you an insight into what kids still need to study.
This ticket out the door is great for exploring what the students KNOW, what they still WANT to know and what they LEARNED during the lesson. Classic graphic organizer that doesn't put much pressure on students at all. Perfect for absolutely any topic or lesson to check where the students are at.
✂ Instructions for use
Simply print as many copies as necessary for your class. Precut the slips, and then hand out a slip to each student. Provide them with 5+ minutes before the end of the class to complete. Students then return the slips to you before leaving the room.
