A simple exit ticket that asks students to rate their understanding of the day's lesson and say one thing they don't understand or one question they have. This is a good way to get feedback, as well as have students reflect on their own understanding of concepts. It's also good for a class that is "shy" or does not raise their hands easily. Exit tickets work best when they are done fairly regularly as they become routine.
