PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In this exit ticket, the understanding of the key features of the standard form of the quadratic function is checked. Two type of questions are given with different variations:

* The first type deals with working with the EQUATION of the quadratic function written in standard form. This type of questions will assess the understanding of finding the AOS, vertex, direction of opening, min/max, domain, range, y-intercept, and writing the VF of the equation from the notation of the VF.

* The other type of questions deal with working with the GRAPH of the quadratic function. The understanding of finding the AOS, vertex, direction of opening, min/max, domain, range, y-intercept, and coming up with the equation written in SF is being checked in this type of questions.

There are a total of 6 exit tickets in this file on Interpreting the Standard Form of the Quadratic Function.

Pg 2. Answer Key to Exit Tickets (Total: 6)

Pgs 3, 4, & 8: Check for understanding the key features of a given equation written in the standard form of the Quadratic Function.

Pgs 5, 6, & 7: Check for understanding the key features of a given graph of the Quadratic Function and finally be able to write the equation of the graph of the QF in Standard Form.

These exit tickets are great for additional practice and remediation. These exit tickets also include the Common Core Standard pertaining to the topic being assessed. An answer key is provided in this file as well.
