This is a set of 30 different exit slips that come in 2 formats, so that means 60 slips are in the pack. They should be suitable for any subject, and are great to use as a ticket out the door. These slips all revolve around the question of "What did you learn today" or "Tell me what you learned". Each ticket has a themed picture that goes along with the question. Please see the thumbnail and preview for a better idea of how the picture goes with the question to create a fun exit slip.
One format has lines where students reflect on the lesson to tell what they learned. The other format has a line where you can give them a specific question or problem to solve and there are no lines. That provides a work space if needed, especially for math problems.
These exit slips should be suitable for any lesson or subject.
Great for a quick informal assessment or lesson closure/recap.
These can also be glued sideways into an interactive notebook, so kids can reflect later.
Some examples of exit slips are:
**I "donut" know what you learned today, so please tell me. (donut picture)
**Our lesson was "jam" packed today. Tell me what you learned. (picture of jam)
**28 more exit slips
