Product Description
Included in this file are 14 pages of exit tickets. Each page has two of the same exit tickets. So 14 different exit tickets in this file. Each has a goal and standard listed on it. This is great for teachers who need these posted around all student work. These tickets involve writing introductions using a riddle (2 different ones), definition (2), series of questions (2), and imagine or what if (2) as starters to an introduction. This file also includes two different exit tickets where the students have to come up with the closing sentence for the introduction (usually the purpose of the essay or their stand on an issue). In addition there are two tickets that involve naming or defining four ways of starting an introduction. Also, two tickets where the student has to write an entire introduction based on a prompt. This would be good to assess children in grades 5-7. Exit tickets are a form of formative assessment.
