This experience plan is most well utilised by teachers in early childhood settings. When implemented alongside a similarly organised programming cycle and observation documentation (or even on its own), it can easily be used to make quick assessments of children, helps inform curriculum building and display how your classroom is working with the Early Years Learning Framework to work towards the National Quality Standard.
The headings encompass all that you would need to take note of for planning the experience and documenting it afterwards. The headings are self-explanatory, and I have included some questions within each to help you kick off each section.
While it was created with current Australian standards in mind, it can definitely be used by those from other countries- simply replace the "EYLF" sections with the framework you operate under.
This format proved extremely useful when paired with my copy-and-paste/highlight-as-you-go versions of the EYLF (see my store). This organisation kept me afloat during my first teaching prac!
