Colorful digital handout that can be shared with students. Gives clear instructions on three forms of social media campaigns students can create to explain an event. Templates available for students who do not have access to social media (designed for Google Apps). Fully editable Google Doc!
Students create a 5-10 post social media campaign designed to inform others about the event, concept, or topic they learned about it. They will create an account from the perspective of a person who was involved in the event.
-Make sure you cover the who, what, where, when, and why in depth. Explain these in a way that someone who knew nothing about the topic would understand.
-You must include 2 hashtags that you have created for this person's views on the events or topic.
-Include a minimum of 6 key terms from our current unit set in a way that shows you understand their meaning.
-Social Media campaigns need to be visually engaging and informative so they should be a mix of pictures and text.
Instructions offer alternative ways to complete the assignment without using your own social media account including Google App templates.
