In this set you will find 102 cards (2 full decks of cards) with pictures and a short fact of information from the Exploration and American Revolutionary War. Each card also has a face value so any card game can be played with them.
These cards are created to use as a review for students in class or on their free time! Students can still play games such as Solitaire, 10's (some call this game Trash), Go Fish, etc.
Some pictures are set outside the card; this was only because I could not trim them myself. When printed out the image outside the box will be cut off.
Example of how I'm using them in my class: Students are allowed to play a card game in groups of 4 ONLY when all of their class work is completed on time, before or after school, or on Fridays for 20 minutes IF they have passed their exam or have completed test corrections. Students will also receive one bonus point for every time they come in with a partner to play a game with the cards. These bonus points can be applied to any assignment.
The goal of using these cards is that students are seeing the information over and over again! Reading is very important when it comes to learning History! These cards give the students the opportunity to read and identify important people, places, and events.
