This is a great Spanish unit for grades 3-8 when you often don't have a text book. This unit will take kids on a trip to a Natural History museum by first learning to navigate the city. Once they reach the museum they'll visit exhibits from different topographies and will learn basic facts about the animals that live there. They'll even be able to bring in their own stuffed animals as learning tools. The unit finishes with a trip to the museum shop where they'll learn the basics of shopping.
This unit contains 10 lessons. Each lesson contains activities and project ideas that are good for 2-3 hours. It can be tailored for a class that meets every day or every few days. Included are student booklets, teacher booklet and support materials including links to online games. This unit ends with short skit that the kids help write throughout the unit.
