Most kids at one point in their life enjoy collecting sports or Pokemon cards. Now they can create their own Explorer Trading Cards. Having students make Explorer Trading Cards is a creative way to learn about explorers without a worksheet. They can use a Social Studies textbook, informational picture book, or website to help them create their cards. Students draw a picture on the front of each card, and provide facts on the back.
Great for an enrichment activity, a project, or extra credit. Students can trade the cards with each other (after you grade them, should you take them for a grade!)
