PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This activity gathers bivariate data from your students. This activity is currently set up to show students that they can use least squares regression lines to show WEAK or NO associations between two variables just as much as you can use them to show strong associations. You could always change the variables in this activity to anything you wanted to explore different variable relationships.

I generally use it as an lead in to a data-gathering project that I have my students do to explore the relationships between variables of a topic of interest to them to determine if there is any association between them.
