This is a one-sided quiz with 12 questions covering all exponent concepts. Concepts covered include: zero exponents, negative exponents, product rule, power rule, quotient rule and applications. There are 3 applications questions that include asking for the area of a square, the length of a rectangle given its area and width or the volume of a rectangular prism (all side lengths are monomials). There is also a question that asks what 4 to the 3rd power means and to name the base, exponent and coefficient of -3^5. This quiz is completely comprehensive and gives you and your students a clue as to what they know before they take the test on the same concepts. Key included.
