Are you creating graphics to use in digital products that need movable pieces?
Are you looking to use graphics in limited commercial project outside of TPT such as educational books or courses, or in different formats and media?
With this extended license, you can use both PAST and FUTURE clip art images from Whimsy Workshop Teaching. Please read the guidelines below.
There are no graphics included in this purchase.

This license grants a single-user permission to use Whimsy Workshop Teaching graphics in educational products as described above, or in other uses I have negotiated with you privately.
The most often used purposes for this extended license are:
- Creating resources requiring movable images in digital formats
- Creating resources such as educational resources outside of TPT
- Creating resources with over 1000 sales (with additional licences for every 1,000 copies sold. This ensures that small business authors of educational materials can access quality graphics far below average industry rates. These graphics are not intended for mass production projects unless previously arranged.)
ALL ABOUT MOVABLE IMAGES
Why an extended license for moveable pieces?
With moveable pieces in resources (Google Slides for example), it is impossible to secure the clip art the way you normally would. This means that anyone who purchases your product can simply cut and paste ALL of the clip art into their own documents illegally. They will then have your product AND all of the clip art images in their own products without purchasing the art.
What can be done to prevent this?
The only thing we can do as creators is try to deter theft by altering the images to make them unique to your product. You can do this by changing the image in a way that is useful to you, but not useful for other projects. Using an overlay of letters or numbers on top of each image, and then flattening them together before inserting into your projects as a moveable image is one way to deter theft. If someone lifts that image out of your product, it will still have the words or numbers on it. This is a deterrent because it will limit possible uses.

TERMS OF USE for moveable images:
The clip art must:
-be for clear educational use
-be used with an overlay and then flattened to secure new images before inserted into a new document. (See easy directions in the preview.)
YES:
• This license applies to past and future clipart purchases
• This license allows for additional rights of creation that are not permitted in the standard terms of use.
• The license allows for use in products for PowerPoint presentations, Smartboard files, Google Slides, Microsoft OneDrive, and Google Drive
NO:
• Clip art may not be used for creating apps on itunes or similar products.
• This is a single user license so collaborators must each have their own licenses.
• Graphics should not be the primary component of the product, (ie: digital templates, editable games), but rather should complement other educational components.
NOTE: Another option for movable pieces is to purchase clip art sets marked "Digital Movable" on the cover title. These sets are made specifically for digital products such as google slides. They are smaller in size with lower dpi, meaning they are great for digital but not as good for printed documents. These sets do NOT need this extended license, nor do they require layering.

Registering is EASY. After purchasing, simply send an email to whimsyworkshopcreations@gmail.com with your name, email, TpT store, and order ID.
Once your information has been received, your activation will be complete!
Please read the TOU carefully to make sure this license would be helpful for the products you intend to create as refunds cannot be granted.
You must give credit to Whimsy Workshop Teaching in each digital product by including my brand logo and a clickable link to my TpT store.
