### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is an SLO test created using the Ohio ELA extended standards. It is designed to use in a resource room where students will receive the extended standards for most academics.

This is both a pre-test and post-test created using the math standards for grades 3-5. It includes 2-4 standards from each category and is scored out of 120 points. Some of the categories included are measuring, comparing numbers, identifying 3-d shapes, time, multiplication, division, position words, and fractions. The pre-test and post-test cover the same standards, but include different questions for the standards.

The standards included are:

Operations and Algebraic Thinking
-OA.35.1b Represent products of whole numbers up to 5 × 5 using arrays.
-OA.35.11c Extend a shape or visual pattern (e.g., abcabcabca__
Numbers and Operations in Base Ten
-NBT.35.3c Decompose multi-digit whole numbers by their place values and
expanded form using 1s, 10s, and 100s up to 100
-NBT.35.11c Identify whether a decimal is closer to 0 or 1 using models (e.g.,
number line or visual representations
-NBT.35.5b Compare two-digit numbers using >, =, and < symbols and concrete
objects
Measurement
-MD.35.3b Measure liquid volumes and masses of objects using standard units of
measure (e.g., measuring cup, scale)
-MD.35.1b Tell time to the nearest 30 minutes.
-MD.35.10c Identify whether an angle is “more than,” “less than” or the “same as” a
90-degree angle
Geometry
-G.35.1c Identify and plot points in the first quadrant of a coordinate plane. (e.g.,
place a marker on (2, 3))
-G.35.8a Identify cubes, rectangular prisms, cones, cylinders and spheres.
-G.35.7b Describe the relative positions of objects using terms such as “above,”
“below,” “beside” and “next to.”
Numbers and Operations- Fractions
-NF.35.1c Recognize that 1/b is the unit fraction created when a rectangle is
divided into b equal parts, up to 10 (e.g., when b = 2, 1/2 means dividing the
whole into 2 equal parts)
-NF.35.3c Compare two fractions with the same denominator by comparing their
relative size using models (e.g., more than, less than, greater than)
-NF.35.4a Add and subtract fractions without models, excluding mixed fractions
