This 2 page handout contains 30 conversational questions in the imperfect tense which are designed to help students review comparatives and superlatives. A translation of the questions is provided on the second page.
I like to give this series of questions to my students once I have introduced the idea of the imperfect tense, but before I have entered chapter 5 of ¡Así se dice! 2. The vocabulary included should not be new to students.
The three irregular verbs are included, as are a few reflexive verbs from the daily routine chapter.
Once students have talked through these questions in pairs I like to do one of two things: call on students randomly to answer questions in front of the class or just go down the rows while Student A asks B a question, then B responds to A and then B asks C a question who then responds to B, etc. A preview of the questions is available.
